More about the position:

Total Health Chiropractic Wellness Clinic in Douglas is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Chiropractic Assistant to join our high-performing team. We will train you to ensure your success in the role which is predominantly administrative and service oriented. Who you are and what you bring to the team is more important to us than your past work experience.

This isn’t a typical desk job; the ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. It is the perfect role for a high achiever that feels excited about learning, growth and being part of a leading-edge wellness clinic where patients from across Ireland and beyond travel to attend.

Work Hours (4-day work week):

Mon: 9:30am – 2:30pm – 5 hours
Tue: 11:30 am – 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm – can start earlier or finish later depending on patient bookings – 10 -12 hours is usual range
Wed: 2pm – 3pm – 1 hour
Thu: 11:30 am – 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm – can start earlier or finish later depending on patient bookings – 10 -12 hours is usual range
Total hours per week – 26 – 30+ hours

Job Description:

Consistently interacting with doctor and patients in a courteous and cheerful manner
Booking/rescheduling appointments/consultations using our patient management system
Answering phones promptly with positive energy
Administrative duties such as: filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing post, issuing receipts, reports, statements, etc.
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitisation of the clinic
Other tasks and job duties as assigned by the Principal Doctor or Clinic Director

Requirements:

Fluency in English
Flexibility on work hours (Mon-Thurs is current shift)
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high standard of service and enthusiasm
High achiever with a “Can Do” attitude
Embracing a culture of feedback
